System Settings - Enquiries

 

  1. In the Navigator in Tools and Settings click on System Settingsor On the Ribbon Bar in Tools and Settings click on Settings
  2. Click on the Enquiries tab.

The settings here are per User.

 

This screen lists all the default enquiry reports (i.e. employee based reports as opposed to general reports), and shows the current assigned reports.

As a general rule, this screen is not used regularly. You should only need to access this screen if Ready Pay Support indicates that you will need to do so.

New enquiries are not created in this screen, but can be added via the relevant enquiry screen and changing the associated report. (See Enquiries for more information on reports available via the Employee file.)

Enquiries (per User) - Employee Enquiry Screen

Years of YTD history

 

Specifies the number of years a user can access YTD values in the Employee Details.
Maximum number of years is 7 including the current year.
Years of Leave history Specifies the number of years a user can access Leave history in the Employee Details.
Maximum number of years is 7 including the current year.
Years of Rate history Specifies the number of years a user can access Rate history in the Employee Details.
Maximum number of years is 7 including the current year.
Enquiries (per User) - Payrun Enquiry Screen

Years of YTD history

 

Specifies the number of years a user can access YTD values in the Payrun for an Employee.
Maximum number of years is 2 including the current year.
Years of Leave history Specifies the number of years a user can access Leave history in the Payrun for an Employee.
Maximum number of years is 2 including the current year.
Years of Rate history Specifies the number of years a user can access Rate history in the Payrun for an Employee.
Maximum number of years is 2 including the current year.
Screens
This section provides the list of enquiries (Enquiry Name) and the associated enquiry reports (Current Enquiry) that are available for preview, for example, Payslip Preview in the Employee Details > Pay Items > Preview a Standard Payand in a Payrun.
